IS THIS SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE?
Not by default. The Collaborative provides consulting, implementation, and coaching. We build practical systems inside client-controlled tools and accounts so you retain ownership and visibility.

DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH LOCAL COMPANIES?
No. The Collaborative is based in Fargo and works remotely with companies across the country. Geography does not limit the work.

DO YOU USE AI?

Yes. The Collaborative uses AI at a high level to analyze information, identify patterns, and help generate practical solutions. AI supports the work—it does not replace human judgment, confidentiality, or client ownership.

HOW DO YOU PROTECT COMPANY INFORMATION?

Every engagement is defined in writing. Access is scoped to the work, systems remain client-controlled, and mutual confidentiality can be documented before sensitive information is shared.

Scope, access, ownership, confidentiality, and next steps are defined before sensitive work starts.

WHEN ARE INITIAL CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLE?

Initial consultations are held by Google Meet. Appointments are available Monday–Friday from 6:00–8:00 p.m. Central and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Central. Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice and may be booked up to 30 days ahead.

*Current online booking hours are weekday evenings and Saturdays. Additional times may be available by request.
